This building can be used for a secret society, cult lodge or smuggling operation. There\'s only one way into the building at street level and it\'s usually barred from the inside. Visitors access the building by entering other entrances in other buildings scattered around and accessing a series of tunnels that lead to stairs up into the building proper. There are guard barracks, opulent guest rooms, clandestine meeting places and other spaces for good story telling. Have your party stake out the place and see if they can figure out a way in by observing NPCs coming and going from the various tunnels.
