This cave was initially a small part of a dragon's lair map that I've posted. In my campaign I used it as a druid grove that houses a portal to the Feywild. A home-brew hag and her displacer beast pets were causing trouble for the druid who resides in this grove. It's full of bioluminescent moss and fungus that seem to thrive alongside the hot springs. The air inside the cave is warm, humid, and fragrant with the smell of mud and flora.
