There are two ways to go over The Great Shadow Mountains in the south; the wall–a straight up vertical accent (I hope you brought lots of rope), and around The Horn–the final switch back atop the mountain (don't bother looking down, nothing below for miles). The Horn gets its name for the mysterious rock formation at the top of the mountain pass. Some say its a Dwarven horn left there from the king of dwarves, locals say it is the horn of a sleeping Frost Giant of titan size (best not wake it). Whatever it is, it will be the final turn you make before heading down the other side of the mountains.. best not lose your footing or it might be the final steps you ever make.
