This is a small, simple cave system. Its been designed to run an alternative version of the encounter with Jingle Jangle on Telemy Hill in Wild Beyond the Witchlight in which some Meenlocks have spawned as a result of her fear. These Meenlocks have then dragged her down into this cave system below her house. There are a couple of versions of this idea available online, and it worked well for my players - especially as they kept morphing into the sources of fear my PCs had shared at the carnival.
