City of Chronos is one of the many infinite (homebrew) Realms in Mechanus. It is a City which spans across every timeline, and every moment in time. It has several access points to Regulus, which the Modrons use constantly to enforce the Laws of Time.

It resides inside another (homebrew) Infinite Realm: The Dune Sea of Time.
The Dune Sea is composed of tiny grains, which are Time in physical form.
The Sea itself is actually the Time of the Multiverse.

Land of Neutral Law, this city can be a cruel, unforgiving place for many creatures, but it is not malignant. And it functions at peak efficiency!
