This is the entrance to the underground sewers known as the Waterworks in my campaign that takes place in the city Stromreach on the planet of Eberron. This is the entrance to Waterworks Sewers. It is filled with workers and some guards who are attempting to protect the workers from an influx of kobolds that have been kidnapping them. Players would be lead to the direct north by a guard, and upon finishing that dungeon be led to the northeast where they would have to travel by boat to reach the second dungeon, getting attacked by a gator along the way. Be as creative as you would like with it though!
