Asset Upload Guidelines

When uploading files to our platform, it's important to adhere to certain guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Supported File Types

  • JPG
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • TIFF
  • WebP (coming soon)

File Size Limit

  • The maximum file size allowed for uploads is 10MB (megabytes).

Asset Resoltion

  • By default, assets are set at 1grid per 200px of the image.
  • Asset dimensions can be adjusted in the asset manager after upload.
