The Scepter View Inn- One of the nicer inns in Vahlneous. It sits at the docks not far from the MMME. It is two stories and offers a fantastic view of the mountain top lake and the Solar Scepter. Rooms and food/drink here are more expensive than other places. The Owner/Bartender is Radolv, a portly halfling male, middle aged in appearance and smiles often. He is difficult to offend and is annoyingly cheerful. The staff are mostly attractive humans and halflings. The kitchen staff are three-stooges-esc halflings (Benny, Lenny, Kenny), cousins to the owner. The halfling waitresses are their wives(Mary,Beth, Kayla). Their special is a fizzy citrus mead with a butterscotch aftertaste served with a white wine braised pork belly stew with sweetened biscuits.
